What personal data of yours does Naturawhite process?

Naturawhite collects, stores and uses different information depending on which service of ours you use.

For example, we will need your name and contact details to deal with any enquiry or booking made. We will need your address to allow us to deliver any of our goods that you order from us. We will also need your payment details for any of our products or services that you purchase.

We do not process special category data unless it is required for the services or goods that you order from us.

Naturawhite used your personal data so that we are able to provide you with the information, the products or the services that you have asked for.

Naturawhite may use your details to send you information about other services or products that we believe that will be of interest to you from time to time and we have a legitimate interest to do so, but of course, you will always have the option of telling us not to contact you in this way. In relation to our business clients, Naturawhite will process the personal data of our key contacts within the business so that we can effectively provide our services to them.

We may have to on occasion provide and receive personal data from third parties where it is necessary to recover debts due to us.

Data retention

Naturawhite has to keep a hold of different types of personal data for different periods of time depending on what it is. For example, we have to keep financial information for 6 years in order to satisfy HMRC requirements.
